Last date of employment during the current tax year is not a date in the current tax year.

I’m trying to finish up on my taxes and I’ve been stuck on this for a while I’m still working with my current employer so what do I put down I started march 14th 2022

Use 12-31-2023 if you work there all year, that form is for a city return.

It is a city tax form,

Use 12-31-2023 if you work (or lived) there all year for 2023.
