It's not allowing to upload my second 1099-R Retirement

need help uploading my retirement 1099-R

I would like to download 1099-R data to TurboTax but it says that the IRS is reviewing the form at this time (5/17/21) and will get to you on this section.  I get a pension so my entire income is on that form as are taxes paid.

@PeteMVA Click on I'll type it in manually. Then enter the form information yourself.
