Is there any way I can file a W-4V online through Turbo Tax or must this be an appointment with Social Security to get and fill out the form. It looks easy accept the required signature. Thanks for a

TurboTax does not have a Form W-4V in the software.

You have to complete the form manually and return it to your local Social Security office.
