The calculation of the taxable portion of Social Security can be complicated. It is based on the other income that you receive.
If you are in Home & Business you have the option to go to FORMS mode in the top right hand corner of your screen.
Scroll down and select the file Social Sec. This is the Social Security Benefits Worksheet that calculates your taxable SS income.
