Is there a way to adjust if I accidentally filed with an Ira last year but it was just a 401k?

I think you mean you reported an IRA contribution equal to your 401-K contribution that was already reflected on your W-2 form. So, you recorded the contribution twice. If so, you will need to wait until the 2024 return you filed is processed and you receive your refund if applicable, then you can log into your program and use the amend return option to prepare and file an amended return. On the amended return, remove the IRA contribution you entered originally. If your tax increases, you will see a tax amount due that you need to pay when you file the amended return.
