Is there a version of Turbo Tax that includes form 5330 for Excess Contributions to SEP IRA or is this form filed separately? Thanks

No version of TurboTax supports Form 5330.

You can download a fillable Form 5330 and its instructions from the IRS website and file this form separately.  Form 5330 must be mailed:
