Is the Traditional IRA and Roth IRA in addition to what we've already entered in our income section? Or is this only what we've contributed through employers?

You only enter the contributions to employer plans from the W2 nowhere else. Those are not IRA plans. IRA you contribute to outside of work like directly at your bank or fund or broker.

did either of you open IRA accounts with a financial institution (mutual fund co, bank, broker) ? That's usually how it's done.
