Is it true for the people that elected to have fees taken from refund that we will not be getting our direct deposits early? For example Chime states up to 5 days early?

This is not Live Chat.  It's a message board, and you have to wait for someone to answer.

As for Chime (and others), the key words are UP TO.

And yet everyone that paid fees up front already have their DD. And I have seen people where their DDD was 3 days ago and still have not received their funds SBTPG. This is rediculous! TT needs to openly advertise that if you choose to have fees deducted you will not receive your refund early or even on time. Never using this company again.
