Is it possible to recharacterize Roth ira to traditional ira

After traditional IRA to Roth IRA conversion in 2018, is it possible to recharacterize the Roth IRA back to traditional IRA?

No.  The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 eliminated recharacterization of Roth conversions made in 2018 and beyond.
