Is it OK to file with Turbo Tax now that the 1099R issues I experienced appear to be fixed?

I've used Turbo Tax for many years with now issues or problems.  This year, due to the issues involving RMDs and multiple IRAs,  I had to seek help from the Turbo Tax community.  Now that those issues appear to be fixed, and everything else in my return appears to be in order,  should I go ahead and file my return, or wait in case more issues in the program pop up that need fixing?

Yes, you can file your return, but take a moment to review the 1040.

You may want to make note of boxes 4, 5 & 6.  These refer to retirement income.

Also check line 23 Other taxes.  This would include any penalty for an RMD shortfall.

From the left sidebar

  1. Select Tax tools
  2. Hint: You may have to minimize the Federal and State selections
  3. Click Tools
  4. A Menu will pop up
  5. Select View tax summary
  6. On the left panel click Preview my 1040
