Is a Roth Deferral the same thing as a Roth IRA? I have been contributing to the Roth Deferral - are there contribution limits?

No.  Roth "deferrals" are Roth contributions made to the designated Roth account in a qualified retirement plan.  The employer's qualified retirement plan is not an IRA.

Report amounts shown in box 12 of your W-2 only in box 12 of TurboTax's W-2 form, nowhere else in TurboTax.
