Is a pension from salt river project considered a federal pension?

i receive a pension from Salt River Project a public quasi federal utility company.. can i deduct a percentage from Oregon income tax due?

Unfortunately no. The Salt River Project retirement plan is for Salt River Project employees and the assets are held in an Insurance Trust. This retirement plan is not considered a federal retirement pension.
