IRS requested 1095-A and 8962, 6 mo's only. then on SSDI and medicare. received a lump sum payment. lump sum went LTD ins. now having to pay back the advance? why?

having to pay back the Obama care advance...

Sadly this is the downside of taking the advance credit...if your income exceeds a certain amount(even if it is not taxable ) you get caught paying it back.
