One of my employee benefits is matching on my Roth contributions deducted from my paycheck. I assume I need to report this information? Just my contributions, or the matching funds as well? I just don't want to enter duplicate information.

No. You do not need to
include contributions to a Roth separately in your return because there is no deduction
benefit for contributing to Roth IRA.
The deductions should be reflected on your W-2, Box 12.
