In the "Tell us more about your retirement contributions" section, it asks how much of box 12 from my W-2 went to a SIMPLE Roth IRA plan. A simple IRA is not a Roth IRA.

Are they asking for simple ira contributions, or Roth ira contributions?

If your SIMPLE IRA was established before 2023, you have a SIMPLE Traditional IRA, and your answer to this question would be zero.
