In the Carryover section under Deductions and Credits, what does "limited to 60% of AGI in undefined" mean? What is "undefined"?

Someone replied to my question by simply writing "Duplicate post."  It could indeed be a duplicate post; I've never done this before, and I might have sent it twice.  But that reply didn't answer my question.  Please, someone, answer my question.  Thanks.
