In Federal Review and getting Other Income Statement: Other taxable income for taxpayer or spouse should have a value. Other taxable Income- TP? Don't understand.

Have W-2's for taxpayer and spouse, interest income, 1099R, 1099SA, and 1009G

Were you able to find where this was coming from? There must be something else entered in income. We can not see your return, but you can review all income items and make sure nothing else is in there.

You can also try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax.  You can also try a different browser.

Also, make sure you have ran all updates.

If using TurboTax Online: Clear your cache and cookies. See this FAQ, for your particular browser.

If using TurboTax Desktop: Please see this FAQ.

Thanks for your response.  Turned out Turbotax was looking for an amount from a COVID relief check I claimed in 2022, assuming that I would have it again in 2023.  It shouldn't have came up and caused me to upgrade.  It took the expert awhile to figure out.  We finally figured out we just had to enter $0 on the form that was coming up and we got past it.  Was a Turbotax error that hopefully can be fixed so others won't have to deal with it.

Found and Fixed. I went to other taxable income in the wages and income section. Down at the bottom, click to either start or edit. On my return, there was a form from 2022 on my 2023 return. After I deleted the form info, i ran the  review and error was fixed.
