In 2018 this data was included on form 1099-DIV. for 2019 the data is included on 2019-R How do I enter on the 2019 TURBOTAX form?

A 1099-DIV is for reporting dividends from a bank or brokerage house.  The 1099-R represents a retirement distribution.

To post a 1099-R you will go to:

1. INCOME
2. I'll choose what I work on
3. Scroll down to Retirement Plans & Social Security
4. Select 1099-R

You will go through a series of questions and input your 1099-R.
