In 2018, I spent $2861.14 on Uber commuting to and from work. I charged that to a Wage Works card, which has pretax benefits. Can I list this as a deductible?

No.  The cost of commuting to and from work is not deductible, whether you drove your own car, rode a bus, took a train, or rode the subway, used Lyft or Uber, etc.
