In 2018 I rolled over an IRA. 4 months later the company filed for bankruptcy. I hired an attorney to sue my financial advisor. Are those legal fees deductible?

Sorry, but, under the new tax laws,  legal fees are no longer deductible except under special circumstances having to do with discrimination lawsuits.
