Importing information from Ameriprise; I don't want 3 year old infor. I want help with my problem.

Are you using Online TurboTax or desktop software?    If Online TurboTax, what edition--Deluxe, Premier, etc.?

What type of 1099 are you trying to import?  Please explain your issue and what roadblock you encounter, and someone will likely comment further.
