If youmade a withdrawal fromyour roth do you have to report it on your taxes even though its already been taxed for ?

Yes. The IRS wants to know if you made a qualified withdrawal. If so, it won’t be taxed.

You will get a 1099R for the withdrawal which you will enter on your tax return.  They usually come out in late January to mid-February.

 

To enter your retirement income, Go to  Federal> Wages and Income>Retirement Plans and Social Security>IRA  401 k) Pension Plan Withdrawals to enter your 1099R.
