If no cost basis value exists on my 1099-B how do I answer the Turbotax yes/no question "Does the cost basis on the page match the cost basis on the 1099-B?"

I have the cost basis from another source so I enter it in Turbotax.  Since the 1099-B has no value at all, I don't feel like this yes/no question ... asking if the value entered matches the value on the 1099-B (when the 1099-B has no value at all)  makes any sense as a yes/no question.  Is yes or no the correct answer?

You must be a perfectionist.|
Don't overthink it.

Absence of a value is taken to be zero.
