If I use form 8880 for retirement credit I got $2000, but turbo tax do not have such credit?

I use H & R for 2023 return, it shows me extra $2000

TurboTax calculates the credit correctly provided that you enter everything correctly into TurboTax.  If you are seeing a difference between H&R Block's software and TurboTax, you've apparently entered something differently between the two.

For example, perhaps you were a full-time student and you failed to tell H&R Block that.  Or maybe you failed to enter your qualifying retirement contributions into TurboTax.  Another possibility is that you or your spouse received a retirement distribution in 2021, 2022, 2023 or 2024 that you told TurboTax about but failed to tell H&R Block about.
