If I take regular distributions from traditional IRA (I was 71 in Jan 2018), is "some or all of the withdrawal an RMD?"

This is a rollover IRA, and the distributions /withdrawals are monthly. They are MORE than the RMD.

Any withdrawal can count as a RMD. If you have withdrawn more than your RMD then you can answer Yes to the RMD questions in TurboTax.
