If I reported my unemployment portion of the year 1099 form is that already figured in by turbotax in my estimated refund amount

I'm not exactly sure what you are asking, but yes, as you enter information into TurboTax, the refund monitor will change based on the information entered.   The refund monitor however, is not accurate until you complete your return.  

 

Your final refund amount will depend on your total income for the year and any withholdings you had from your various types of income.  There are credits and deductions that are based on your total income, so those amounts can change as you progress through your return.

Thank you! It is so hard to find an answer for anything specific on Google, etc.... I filled out all questions, my w-2 from employer and my 1099-g from unemployment... They asked questions regarding the tax credits I'm eligible for this year, etc.... But I never had tax withheld once I lost my job for unemployment. So I was unsure if that fact wS calculated in or if later the IRS  would make those deductions. But thank you for a straightforward answer. 🙏🙏 It eases my mind emmensly.
