If I live with and care for my parent who recieves a monthly social security check, do I need to put them and their income on my taxes?

I haven't worked so I have no income myself. The only income in my household is my mother's social security/ widows pension every month.

No, since you have no income of your own, you would not file a tax return.  If you did have your own income and need to file a return, you would not include your mother's income as part of your return.
