If I have only 1099-B forms do I have to use the Premier version of Turbo Tax? I have no 1099-S forms.

Yes, to report income from a 1099-B, if you use TurboTax Online you have to use Premier or higher. Or you could use any edition of the CD/Download TurboTax software.
