if I have 2 IRAs at a financial company, I take distributions from both IRAs, will I get 2 1099Rs? or will distributions be combined in 1 form

Probably a 1099R from each account.   Ask the company.  

If you can log into your IRA accounts the 1099R should be posted so you can download it if you haven’t received it in the mail yet.  Check each account.
