Box 2 is the Federal income taxes withheld from your gross income in box 1.  You will need to ask your employer why there are no federal taxes withheld.

Did you give your employer a W-4 for federal income tax withholding? 

FICA consists of Social Security and Medicare taxes, reported in boxes 4 and 6, respectively.
