If I followed the instructions to enter tax withheld from my Social Security but no choice of 1099 forms appeared, how do I get to SSA-1099?

I clicked Skip W-2's and the screen just moved to "Wrap Up Income" instead of giving me options to choose a 1099 form.

Go to Federal > Wages and Income > Retirement > Social Security.
