If I elected in 2007, at age 62, a Pension Payment Option from a Single Life Annuity benefit from MetLife payable monthly ($202.22), do I have to pay additional tax?

The company should send you a From 1099R to report this as income if it is considered taxable.  A recovery of the money you paid for the annuity contract would be tax free.
