If I drew unemployment in 2020 but my husband did not and we file jointly, do we get the tax break of $10,200?

The unemployment compensation exclusion of up to $10,200 is per person.  So the exclusion would only be up to $10,200 on your joint tax return since your spouse did not receive unemployment compensation.
