If I do not recognize the choices for bank or financial institution how do I enter income from State of Oregon Public Employees Retirement System from my 1099-R?

In the lower-rt corner of the screen is a selection to "I'll type it in myself"

Millions of 1099-R forms cannot be downloaded...so the "I'll type it in myself" is there so you can use your paper forms to enter it yourself.
