If I am still working but my husband is retired do I need to show Social Security income for him since there is no taxes taken?

The above answers do not answer my question

Yes, especially if you're filing jointly.

Social security only becomes taxable when added to sufficient other income, including the spouse's income. If you are otherwise required to file a tax return, you do need to enter his social security  in Turbotax. The program will determine the taxable portion, if any.

If you file separate returns ALL of his SS becomes taxable
