If I am retired, and My 1099 forms are not asked for, where should I enter My 1099 info, I have extra money taken out, so I don't owe fed.taxes?

You can enter your 1099-R for a retirement distribution you received, as follows:

Click on Federal on  the left-side black menu

Click on Wages & Income in the upper left corner 

On the Topic List titled 'Your Income', scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security > Show More

Choose Start next to IRA, 401k, Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R) .
