If I am earning 40,625 from disability benefits how much can I take out of my IRA per year and not be taxed I am single

Are you receiving Social Security disability benefits?

 

 

You need to file a federal return if half your Social Security plus your other income is

 

Single or Head of Household      $25,000

Married Filing Jointly                  $32,000

Married Filing Separately            $0
