I worked for att and fidelity took over payments to me. pension

att pays my pension through fidelity.  My1099R used to have ATT on iy but now it fidelity

Delete the old empty 1099-R form that was used last year and transferred to this year (if it did transfer).

Then enter the new one from fidelity from scratch.
