I used all of the same info as last year and am told that my form is incomplete. It is hung up on W-2s. I do not receive W-2s, I am retired. SS only

Please check to see if any W-2's were entered in error, or if there are any carryovers from last year.

1. Start out at Federal 
2. Wages & Income 
3. Select Wages and Salaries, or Revisit
4. There will be a listing of any W-2's that you have, or that were carried over.
5. Select the trashcan on the right-hand side and confirm the delete.
