I started receiving SSA this year. Since I have two teenagers they also received SSA do I have declare what they received under my income?

I filed a tax return for my teenager, declaring the SS as his income.

You do

NOT

enter a dependent's Social Security benefits on your tax return.  If the dependent has no other income they do not report the SS benefits received on a tax return.
