I set up a payment plan for my federal through Turbo Tax. How do I verify it was accepted and when will they withdraw the funds? I don't have checks but have a account.

The IRS is going to send you a letter confirming that your agreement was accepted and processed and the details of your monthly payment, etc.  It should come in about 30 days from filing.
