I sell life insurance and didn't make enough to receive a 1099, although i have expenses, what version of turbo tax should i use?

You would need to file a Schedule C for your self-employment from selling life insurance. In order to record expenses and report a potential loss, you will need either TurboTax Home & Business (download/cd product) or TurboTax Online Self-Employed version.
