Did you enter ssa-1099? Did you use lower case (you should)? Did you avoid hitting any of the suggestions that come up below the Search box (none of which you want, as I recall)?
When you saw the jump-to link and clicked on it, did you see a screen that read, "Social Security Benefits" where you could click on Yes at the bottom to continue to the interview wherein you would enter the data from your form?
