I rolled over part of a distribution. Turbo tax is saying it is an excess contribution. How can I fix this error?

I cashed out one IRA for 15,000 and rolled over 4300 to another IRA. But Turbo tax is counting it as a contribution. How can I fix that?

Did you enter it under Deductions?  It is not a new contribution.  Just enter it from the 1099R nowhere else.
