I received an additional 1099R after I have already filed my 2018 return. It's for a total distribution to a "G" qualified roll over. What or how to I file this 1099R?

Theoretically you should amend, but since a code G (if box 2a is zero) will not change the tax I would not amend.

If the IRS ever sends a letter questioning it (in a year or so), then a simple phone call to the number on the letter should clear it up without amending.  Just keep the 1099-R and a copy of your tax return handy.
