I received a 1099R for my retirement from my old employer, but I rolled it over to my new employer. How do I report the rollover? Do I enter the 1099R from my old employer?

Yes, you would enter the 1099-R from your old employer.  If the 1099-R has a "G" in box 7 then the software automatically understands that it's a rollover.  The rollover is included in your total income, but it is not considered taxable income.
