I received a 1099-R along with a form 5498 for a total pension distribution to a traditional IRA. After reporting the 1099-r, where does the 5498 go to show 0 in taxes?

Does the 5498 need reported showing the total rollover from the distribution?

The 5498 itself does not get entered on your return. When you enter the 1099-R for the rollover, Turbotax will ask  if you rolled it over to a ROTH IRA answer no to that question, and that is all you have to do.
