I receive SSDI. Don't know if they sent anything for my taxes. Do I add up the amount? What form do I fill out and submit?

How do I add Amount of social security disability received last year and do I fill out a form? Did social security send me anything to file work my tax return?

Generally, Social Security Disability Benefits (SSDI) aren't taxable unless you have substantial additional income (more than $25,000 for an individual or $32,000 for married filers).
