I receive income from the Teacher Retirement System (TRS) in Georgia, however I am a full-time resident in Alabama. Do I pay Georgia income taxes?

Thank you for assistance to my question.

Pension income is not earned income from another state.  If your pension income does not have Georgia state income taxes withheld there is no reason to file a Georgia state income tax return if you are an Alabama resident for the entire year.
