I prepaid $365.40 for Medicare part a and b in June 2016. I received a SSA-1099 reporting $609.00 was withheld. Do I add the prepayment I made to this for tax purposes?

Any Payment made for medical insurance can be added to your Medical Expenses for tax purposes as long as you were not reimbursed for your payment.
